				pages include name, date of birth, and social security number of taxpayer, 
				spouse and dependents personally identifiable information such as their social 
				security number considered third party personally identifiable information; 
				physical address; email address; phone number; and any other information 
				such as Anonymous Device Identifiers (“Device IDs) required to prepare and file federal and state tax returns such as income, 
				marital status and other information pertinent to processing your request to
